Take A knee Counseling is a remote internet based counseling service. In this way we meet you where you are. Be it in the comfort of your home office or in the solace of your car. We offer discrete and confidential counseling for those seeking help.

ETS Evaluations
Varies by Session needed.
To go over and evaluate your mental health before you ETS so that you can show service related injury
Payments and Service Area
Take A Knee Counseling is currently only able to offer services to clients living in or stationed in the State of Texas and the State of Virginia. We are working branching out to other states in the very near future.
Take A Knee Counseling is an out of network provider. While we are not currently taking insurance we do offer sliding scale for those veterans in need. We do except all major Credit cards.
